Flappy dress and a strong volcanic wind

The secretary says: "Donate!"
Did you know: about 1200 Australian women are diagnosed with ovarian cancer each year. About 800 Australian women will die from ovarian cancer each year.
I'm not sure why I think a secretary would wear a skirt and blouse. BTW, I made this blouse. See?
